Overview

For over a hundred years, Nalen has been a gathering and meeting place in central Stockholm. Our palatial setting lends unbeatable glitz and charm to all types of events. Our seven rooms and halls can be adapted for meetings, conferences, corporate events and private parties and we have capacity for anything from 2 to 600 guests.Warm welcome!

Location

Nalen is in the city center and close to subway and buses. Hötorget subway: exit to Olof Palmes gata, turn right on Olof Palmes gata and take the stairs up to Malmskillnadsgatan. Continue straight ahead along David Bagares gata. Take the first right onto Regeringsgatan, Nalen is on the left. Regeringsgatan 74. Arlanda is 15 km away.

Meeting Facilities

We have four smaller conference rooms and three large halls and they always include wifi, whiteboard, pad, pens, projector, canvas or screen. A conference host receives, shows you all the technology and you can always reach them by phone. In the four smaller conference rooms there is a digital meeting system with remote-controlled camera, adapted table microphones, speakers and digital screen.

Dining & Entertainment

At Nalen you get access to our powerful light and sound system, which is of the absolute highest concert class. In the Great Hall and Harlem, we have a mandatory party package with a technician, wifi, six microphones, sound and lighting system, disco ball and DJ equipment. Guest Rooms

We offer no rooms but cooperate with Elite Plaza hotell. All our customers get a discount at their hotell, which is located only 100 meters from Nalen, on Birger jarlsgatan.

Meeting Equipment

All rooms are flexible and have basic conference equipment such as projector, LCD screen, whiteboard, wifi, pens and pads. Streaming is offered separately.

Meeting Support Services

When you book Nalen's premises, you get a contact person who takes care of the general detailed planning and our hosts take care of you on site.
