Talented chefs from IACC member venues across the United States will gather at Mission Bat Conference Center to compete in the 2019/20 Country Cook-Off. In a similar approach to Dallas last year, the event will be combined with an educational and social event with invited meeting planners from the region and will be supported by MPI San Francisco chapter and MeetingsNet.
IACC members are invited to both events and can register online.
The winners of the country competition will secure their place in stage 2 of the competition, the Americas Chapter, which will take place on January 2020 2019, at the Fitler Club in Philadelphia.
