It has been a busy few months, with many IACC chapters running regional members meetings and events. Let’s see what they’ve been up to!
In Sweden
In Sweden IACC members gathered on the 17th of June, with over 35 attending from around Stockholm. IACC European President Lotta Giesenfeld Boman commented “we were happy to see 7 people, student and teachers, from the hotel management school student, Frans Schartau in Stockholm”. The keynote speaker for the evening was Fia Gulliksson of Food In Action who inspired everybody with her mission “BE A PASSIONATE POTATO – AND CHANGE THE WORLD”.
In United Kingdom
UK members came together at Woodlands Conference Centre at Wyboston for a meeting hosted by Simon McMahon. Members met to discuss plans for sustainable ways to travel to the IACC Europe Knowledge Festival, toured the newly renovated conference venue and finally cheered on the contestants in the UK Copper Skillet heat.
