IACC 2022 Global Copper Skillet Final Crowns Champions from Spain and Sweden

The Global Copper Skillet competition took place on day one of the 2022 IACC-Americas Connect conference in Las Vegas.

Finalists from across Europe and the Americas competed for the title of Global Copper Skillet Champion.

For the first time in IACC’s 13-year history of running the Copper Skillet competition, finalists from every country competed, welcoming 12 chefs for this elite cook-off.

2022 competition sponsor was Nestle Professional and the competition manager was Felix Maietta of the same company. Felix commented on the quality of all of the competitors “This competition showcases the culinary skill found at IACC properties and continues to be an exciting highlight of Americas Connect”.

The judges were all elite status chefs from MGM’s stable of leading Las Vegas Hotels, and who carried international accolades and experience. IACC thanks;
