After the IACC roadshow packs up in London later this month, it is the turn of the Australia Asia Pacific chapter to put on a great member’s conference and in February 2018, they have chosen Auckland, New Zealand as the backdrop.
“Sharing Ideas that Matter” is the guiding principle of this exciting interactive, 2-day programme featuring speakers and guests from the IACC global community. This educational experience will focus on the delivery of exceptional meeting experiences and will be an excellent opportunity to meet and network with decision makers in the industry.

IACC-AAP Copper Skillet Final Competition
At the heart of the chapter event is the chapter Copper Skillet competition, where IACC Champion Chefs will compete to become AAP Champions and go on to represent the region at the global finals in the US in April.
Delegates can take full advantage of the amazing attractions including award winning vineyards and breath-taking attraction on this amazing Island. Arrive early and join colleagues in sightseeing and more in the lead up to the conference.
