100% Online & global courses to begin March 2016

Wherever you are in the world, you can participate in one of these courses specifically designed for IACC members this Spring.

Offered by the NYU School of Professional Studies Tisch Center for Hospitality and Tourism, these are IACC-endorsed non-credit courses that specifically focus on skills needed to work in IACC venues. Each course addresses the unique challenges of our sector that require appropriate skills and training.

These courses will be offered fully online in an asynchronous format (at your own pace, week-to-week), which will allow students from anywhere in the world to enroll and learn.

Spring Courses*:

• Foundations of Conference Center Management and Operations 
  – Starting March 19
• New Technologies for the Meeting and Conference Industry 
  – Starting March 21
• Marketing and Positioning Strategies for Meetings, Events, and Conferences 
  – Starting April 1

Students will employ a global lens to evaluate common business issues, including:

• Decisions about ownership structures and day-to-day operations
• Identifying and deploying technology to modernise service offerings
• Developing a strategic vision to ensure long-term success

*Registration is suggested at least two weeks prior to the start date.
